Gary Smith has been a part of Iler Networking & Computing's team since 2008. Gary takes a personal interest in all of the clients he helps to support, and has built strong relationships with our clients.
We are sad to inform everyone that Gary is currently in critical condition at UH Hospitals' Cleveland Medical Center ICU. On Tuesday, December 11th, he was working on computer troubleshooting for a client. During the troubleshooting, he was unable to form normal sentences, and he had loss of memory. Gary's wife rushed him to the Elyria EMH Emergency Room, where a CT scan showed that he had a fist-sized brain bleed. He was immediately life-flighted to UH in Cleveland.
You can follow his recovery on CaringBridge at the link below. On this page you can sign up for email updates and also send messages to his family:
You can also help support his family this Holiday Season by giving a tax deductible gift to the First Baptist Church of Elyria's Smith Family Assistance Fund. After clicking on the link below, enter the amount you would like to donate, and select "Smith Family Assistance" under FUNDS section of the page.
Thank you so much for your prayers and support during this difficult time. We hope to see Gary return to our team soon!
