Terms and Conditions: Free Network Analysis with Service Discount Offer

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Free Network Analysis (“Analysis”) and Service Discount Offer (“Offer”) provided by Iler Networking & Computing (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) to prospective clients (“You” or “Your”).

2. Free Security Snapshot

We will conduct a comprehensive analysis of Your current IT infrastructure to identify security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and areas for improvement. This analysis is provided at no cost to qualifying prospects.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Security Snapshot and Offer, You must meet the following criteria: You must not be an existing client of Iler Networking & Computing

You must grant us access to install our analysis tools in Your IT infrastructure for conducting the assessment

We must meet with Your President/CEO/Owner to review our findings

4. Conduct of Network Analysis

Upon Your acceptance of these Terms, We will schedule and conduct a comprehensive Security Snapshot of

Your IT infrastructure within 30 days of tool installation

The snapshot may involve various methods, including but not limited to vulnerability scanning, network assessment, and security evaluation

We will strive to complete the analysis in a timely manner and present the findings to You promptly A detailed report will be provided outlining our recommendations

All data and information obtained during the analysis will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing Your assessment

5. Exclusions and Limitations

Iler Networking & Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Security Snapshot, the Analysis, or any recommendations provided.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue the Analysis at our sole discretion if we determine that information has been misrepresented or if the assessment process is obstructed or interfered with in any way.

Byte Bucks Promotional Terms

• Byte Bucks have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Valid exclusively toward managed IT services and professional IT labor provided directly by Iler Networking & Computing.

• Not applicable to hardware purchases, software licenses, Microsoft 365 subscriptions, third-party vendor services, or resale products.

• May not be applied toward taxes, shipping, or other pass-through vendor expenses.

• Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special pricing unless approved in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
