Terms and Conditions: Security Assessment Guarantee

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Security Assessment Guarantee (“Guarantee”) provided by Iler Networking & Computing (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) to the client (“You” or “Your”) for identifying security issues in Your current IT infrastructure.

2. Guarantee Details

Under the Guarantee, We commit to identifying at least three (3) security issues in Your current IT infrastructure that have been missed by Your current IT provider. If We fail to identify a minimum of three (3) security issues, We will compensate You with a payment of $100 USD (“Compensation”).

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Guarantee, You must meet the following criteria:

• You must not be an existing client of Iler Networking & Computing
• You must grant us access to install our analysis tools in your IT infrastructure for conducting the security assessment.
• We must meet with your President/CEO/Owner to review our findings.

4. Conduct of Security Assessment

• Upon Your acceptance of these Terms, We will conduct a comprehensive security assessment of Your IT infrastructure.
• The assessment may involve various methods, including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and manual security checks.
• We will strive to complete the assessment in a timely manner and communicate the findings to You promptly.

5. Compensation Procedure

• If We identify less than three (3) security issues missed by Your current IT provider, You are eligible to claim the Compensation.
• To claim the Compensation, You must notify Us in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the assessment report.
• Upon verification of Your claim, We will issue the Compensation to You within thirty (30) days via a method of Our choosing.

6. Exclusions

• We are not liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the identification or non-identification of security issues.
• We reserve the right to refuse the Guarantee if We determine, at Our sole discretion, that You have misrepresented information or hindered Our assessment process.

7. Amendment and Termination

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Our website or notifying You through other means.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
